Diversity News nominated for Wake UP! Award

On Thursday, November 19, 2009 The Wake UP! Awards team congratulate Diversity News, a consumer news magazine for been nominated for an official Wake UP! Award. To win the Award Diversity News, a consumer news magazine needs to be selected before the 5th of December 2009.

What is a Wake UP! Award?
Simply stated, the Wake UP! Awards recognizes those making a positive difference in our world. Whether a small community recycling program, an inspirational comedian or a multi-national corporate effort to feed the hungry, anyone is eligible to be nominated. Our Mission is: to recognize the people, projects and organizations that inspire humanity to Wake UP! to its full potential.
How are the Winners Chosen?
Wake UP! Award winners are chosen on the 5th day of each month from all nominations submitted during the prior month. A panel of independent judges reviews all the nominations and rates them from 1-5, 1 being “least deserving” and 5 being “most deserving”. The nominee with the highest cumulative rating will be honored with the Wake UP! Award. In the event of a tie, additional rounds of rating will be conducted to choose a winner. If you are chosen you will be notified and sent your official Wake UP! Award Certificate and Winner’s Badges.
