Skin Trade is another important step to inform as many people as it is possible about the cruelty of the fur industry. It is a shame that fur is coming back in fashion again…Animals are the victims of this bloody trend ( Everybody should watch this movie who has no idea what is fur indusrty about. Every year millions of animals are abused, tortured, killed for fashion. They are kept in horrible conditions and most of them are skinned alive ( What more is neccessary for people to finally ban the fur products???? I hope millions of people will watch this work of Shannon and Gene. These people are the real voice of the voiceless. It’s time to act, animals need us!!!!! Compassion is the fashion, don’t buy fur!!!!!

thank you for this article! hard to believe “faux” fur labels can actually be the fur of dogs and cats skinned alive in China and that Americans are buying these items without any knowledge. sounds sci fi but its really happening! Skin Trade is deeply powerful and informative and I certainly got an education from this film. thank you

Catherine Zeta Jones wears fur and I heard she banned this film. Does anyone know anything about that? Anyone who sees these photos who wears fur again is sociopathic. Who could put vanity above ethics/integrity? Those who are ugly and wired all wrong… WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

It’s a great article and thank you for spreading the word!! This is the 21st Century, we don’t need fur to keep us warm or try to look good, there are so many humane alternatives to fur that are also much more attractive.
Why do we need to create more cruelty in the world. don’t we have enough already??
