Actor Erik Estrada & wife Nanette Mirkovich at LA Fashion Weekend

On Friday, March 18, 2011 The Gallery Los Angeles presented the L.A. Fashion Weekend at Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood, CA. Mikey Koffman, founder of The Gallery Los Angeles openned the night by welcoming every one to the event.

Actor Erik Estrada, with his wife Nanette Mirkovich & daughter Francesca were some of the celebrities the attended the red carpet and fashion show. Singer K’Sandra performed and then followed by featured designs from Denim of Virtue, Laguna Beach Jeans Co., Dotrine Jeans, Adiktion and XCVI.


The event started from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at The Sunset Gower Studios located at 1438 North Gower Street, Hollywood, California 90028. This year L.A. Fashion Weekend was only two days showcasing Fall and Winter 2011 designs.

On March 4. 2011 Famous Monsters of Filmland announced that their First Annual Imagi-Movies Film Festival have move to a new venue with new dates.


The event will be held on April 8 – 10 at Laemmle Music Hall 3 located 9036 Wilshire Boulevard Beverly Hills, CA 90210.

They will celebrate Vincent Price Centennial with his daughter and the 80th anniversary of Universal’s Frankenstein and Dracula with the Lugosi and Karloff families. There was also a fashion show coordinated by Derrick Hutchinson of Annerick Management models showcasing Rouge Clothing by Donna Melikian/Bebe, Rings designed by Frank G. Rubio from Sophisticated Stones and custom Tuxedos by Max Simonian from Tutto Italy Connections.

I wish I could repeat that night.” said Actor/Rapper Lil Mirkk.

Eric Zuley received a distinguished Achievement Award from The MMPA for his charitable contributions to the entertainment industry. He was also awarded a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Los Angeles County District 2 Supervisor, Mark Ridley-Thomas.

Other award recipients were Max Simonian of Tutto Italy Connections, Frank G. Rubio Jewelry Designer and The Celebrity Center. Per event organizers, they accomplished their goal of raising some money to benefit the American Society of Young Musicians.
