Mr. Zuley was serve with a cease on desist letter on or around April 30, 2013 and on/around second week of May 2013 he went online to unfairly and unethical accusing our Executive Editor-In-Chief and Diversity News Publications president Steven Escobar of posting negative staff on him on http://www.ripoffreport.com, a group created on Facebook and a blog that was created due to the fact that our Executive Editor-In-Chief account was hacked!

“I have lost respect and admiration on Eric Zuley. He have done me wrong, listen to my show and find out why. This is a show that you must listen, Eric Zuley’s cease and desist letter and more. Listen to my new episode Bogus charitable organizations and Eric Zuley Retaliation!” said Steven Escobar, Radio host, editor and businessman.

Here at Diversity News Publications and Diversity News Productions we belief that Mr. Zuley is retaliating against Mr. Escobar for the letter issue to him. Which we think is not fair and ethical. He have violated Mr. Escobar’s attorney request. We hope Mr. Zuley will apologize and remove those posts or we will have to publicize the letter for you to see it.

Mr. Escobar have no time or nothing to do on those ripoff postings on Eric Zuley, neither with the Facebook group against him or created the blog which we already say his account was hacked. Mr. Escobar is willing to talk and settle this case with Mr. Zuley and hope he understand that his actions are violating his attorney letter request and showing how childish he is.

Mr. Escobar held the radio show to just set the record straight and clear, there is/was no intentions of slander or defamation on the radio show. The purpose of Diversity News Radio On Air with Steven Escobar was/is to defend himself from those unethical, unprofessional and unfair allegations by Mr. Eric Zuley.

We are glad Mr. Zuley did listen to Diversity News Radio On Air with Steven Escobar radio show held on Sunday, May 12, 2013. Click on pictures to view on regular size.

We also found a blog posted by Eric Zuley accusing a guy name Doug Williams of been behind of these happening to him. As you may see Mr. Zuley will point to any one that he thinks that are speaking up against him.

Our own Steven Escobar is a well respectable individual in the community and he will not waste his time on doing anything against Mr. Zuley due to the fact that he have given Mr. Zuley lots of media coverage on the past!
