Chef Francois was with Ingrid’s Café, also known as Ingrid’s Bistro, for only two months. He was hired after answering an advertisement posted on kijiji-Los Angeles and his last day was January 29, 2011. As always, firm owners, management and the public relations firm wish him the best of luck.

Many loyal fans may wonder what will happen to the exclusive, fantastic, exquisite food at Ingrid’s Café. Well, sometimes the owner must wear multiple hats and that’s the response we have received from Ingrid. She has worn two hats in the past, as the owner and chef. Because of the current situation, the owner/chef Ingrid will take over again and will give you, the customer, some of the best exclusive flavor, taste and love to enjoy.
Per Ms. Bedrosian, Chef Francois’ departure will not in any way or shape affect restaurant operations because the menu was created by Ingrid and there will be even more exciting items introduced very soon.

“Our restaurant currently serves authentic and gourmet Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of French in a casual bistro setting. Our carefully crafted menu, extensive wine selection, impeccable service, and elegant, yet cozy, atmosphere brings the best of Euro/Mediterranean to your dining experience. Our constantly-evolving menu is based on the freshest and organic ingredients available, yet we make sure to offer the favorites that our patrons have been enjoying for years.” Said Ingrid Bedrosian, Owner/Chef.

As of now, Ingrid’s Café/Bistro Owner may consider hiring a new chef, but hopes to find someone like herself who truly enjoys cooking and can introduce new elegant dishes. Until then, she will take over for you to continue enjoying the best of Ingrids/Bistro Café Beverly Hills.

Ingrid's Cafe Chef and Owner Ingrid BedrosianAbout Ingrid’s Bedrosian: Her passion in cooking and baking started at the age of 8 and since then it was her dream to have a small place where she can share her love of cooking for others. It gives her a great pleasure to see people keep coming back and enjoying the fresh, organic food she serves and It is for her truly labor of love.

About Ingrid’s Café Beverly Hills Aka Ingrid’s Bistro:
Ingrid’s Bistro has been in business since 2006. It is truly dream the come true for Ingrid Bedrosian to have a petit Chateau where she can share her passion with her guests. Ingrid started with catering part-time while working in the Corporate World and Entertainment Studios full-time. She always dreamed and planned to one day have her own business and it happened in August of 2006. Her joy of cooking and baking for others is unlimited and you can taste the labor of love in every bite. All products are fresh and organic and arranged very elegantly.

In the fall of 2010, it was decided to introduce new menu, new hours and much more European and Mediterranean food with a French flair. This change was long overdue and was requested by many of the guests, hotels and local businesses. Their great advice was taken, and Ingrid’s opened for lunch and dinner. Ingrid’s also offers a very minimum corkage charge if you want to bring your own wine bottle. You will also be visited by a very nice and professional bartender for cocktail drinks.

Ingrid’s is known for her excellent service, fresh food, petit french pastries and reasonable pricing. Her small place has held many special events, celebrity meetings, red carpet events, ESPY Award parties, Emmy Awards, fashion shows with afternoon tea, wine tasting, champagne and chocolate tasting, and many other promotional and non-profit events.

The restaurant owner has catered to well known celebrities who have dined at her bistro. She has made her place into a very European comfort for everyone. It has truly become a hidden but known place in Beverly Hills in such short time. Ingrid’s Café is the official proud sponsor of Diversity News Magazine for the term year 2011 to 2012.
