Like many things that start, they also have an end. Local Celebrity LA 2010, a singing reality competition started on 1-17-2010 and ran for eights weeks ending on March 21, 2010. People arrived earlier to be on the red carpet which was close to 50 feet long.
The grand finale was held on Sunday, March 21st at the Celebrity Centre Pavilion Theater in the heart of Hollywood, which is located at 5930 Franklin Ave., Hollywood, CA 90028.
First the red carpet ran from 7pm to 8pm. Then the show started at 8pm, and it ended at 9:45pm. Later, people were invited again to take photos on the red carpet. About 200 people attended the grand finale of 2010 Local Celebrity LA, including media outlets and production staff.

Show Video Part I
The top five finalist contestants were Rosy Donovan, Shane Facchinello, Leah Turner, Leandro Fossi and Christina Aldana. The show opened with a group performance by Rosy Donovan, Leah Turner, Leandro Fossi and Christina Aldana singing “I Got a Feeling,” by Black Eyed Peas.
Show Video Part II
They showed video clips of each contestant interviewed before singing solo on the stage. The first contestant to take the stage was Rosy Donovan who performed “Nobody’s supposed to be here.” Then Shane Facchinello was second and he sang “Flying with out wings,” Leah Turner sang “Fighter,” Leandro Fossi sang “I wish it would rain” and finally Christina Aldana sang “And I am telling you.” In the middle of the show, the contestants performed duets with mentor headline singers. First Rosy Donovan with Jael Gadsden performed “Take me or leave me,” Shane Facchinello with Paul Bradley “did Love who you’re with,” Leah Turner with Justin Chase sang “You Learn,” Leandro Fossi with Rob E C performed “Never leave you again,” and Christina Aldana with Latonius Earl sang “Fire and Desire.”
After each performance, the judges and celebrity guest judge gave feedback to the contestants. 2009 Local Celebrity LA winner Denicar Bergancia did a special performance before announcing the winner of 2010 Local Celebrity LA. Denicar sang “Right as Rain.”
All singers were brought to the stage, Ryan Ray, the emcee, explained the grand prize in detail. He also thanked the sponsors and production team staff. The judges gave their final comments and best wishes to the contestants. Ryan Ray announced the winner. Ryan gave the certificate to Denicar Bergancia and Denicar Bergancia, who presented it to the 2010 Local Celebrity LA winner.

The Official Local Celebrity LA 2010 winner is Shane Facchinello, who was given the opportunity to make a speech. The winner sang and played the piano. His final song was “Halo” by Beyonce.

The event judges were Arnold G; International dance/pop recording artist, songwriter, dancer and performer, Fawn; Recording artist/songwriter/Hit recording artist and performer and Kris Searle; Singer/songwriter and international recording artist/performer. Special guest judge David Harrison Levi – STARMAKER.
He continue âWhile the competition was amazing from a production stand point, getting additional sponsors on board would be great. Working with our current sponsors have been amazing and I am so thankful that they all came together and helped support the production. For next season, I would love to retrain many of the past sponsors and bring on several more.. having a venue with a great sound system and educated camera crew proved to be a tremendous asset and having our finale at the Celebrity Center, in Hollywood not only showcased the talents amazing singing ability but it created one of the most fun environments for the talent the audience and our on line viewers.â

The winner of 2010 season one Local Celebrity Los Angeles will receive $800, do an on line interview with TonySweetOnAir.Com & KLBC Radio, will get to perform live in Long Beach City College and at the red carpet televised worldwide Hand in Hand Benefit Concert in Hollywood, and work with one of the judges to record a song for demo use. Also, the winner will be represented by California Talent and booked for a couple of events. Judge Kris Searle will offer free to the winner of Local Celebrity Los Angeles a “special guest” spot at his new night show on Sunday April 17th in North Hollywood. Also, the winner will receive 4 hours of recording studio time with Terrace Studios, and a 60 minute facial by Richard Merrill. Eternite Media will provide 100 Duplicated CD’s with Full Color Thermal Disc Print, 100 Full Color 2 Panel (2 Sided) Printed Inserts, and 100 Slim Jewel Cases.

The contestants, judges, fans, media and celebrities arrived early to witness and be part of history by attending the Finals and Week 7 of the Local Celebrity Los Angeles.
Around 300 people attended the event held at Eleven Restaurant & Nightclub, located at 8811 Santa Monica Blvd in the city of West Hollywood, CA 90069. The show started at 10pm and lasted until 11:45 pm. It was broadcast live at http://www.localcelebritytv.com/
âI loved it-yes great show, lots of high energy and great contestants. Nice atmosphere as well, if you have not been supporting Local Celebrity L.A. You definitely have to best on the Planet.â said Joel W Gonzales, Actor/Rapper.

The contestant eliminated at the end of the competition from fans texting votes, judges scores and voting ballots from the prior event (week 6) was Rachel Escalera.

Rob E C performed live at Local Celebrity Los Angeles Week 6 Semi Finals

Usually, the contestants or judges get interviewed first, but this week the person who got on the red carpet was Justin Chase as a sneak preview to show people who they will see perform on 3-14-2010 at Local Celebrity LA.
“It has been an experience that has enabled me to grow for sure. I am 100% fine with it ending early.” said Shane Facchinello, Local Celebrity LA contestant.
Also, the guest judge Fred Wolf from 19 Entertainment who had worked with American Idol was interviewed on the red carpet. Rob E C who was the headline guest artist was interviewed about being part of Local Celebrity LA, and he promoted his new album “Breakout.” Later the eight remaining contestants and finally the judges were interviewed on the red carpet.
“I think the Local Celebrity LA team are doing a fantastic job in having the Local Celebrity LA singing contest. It has given a platform to people to showcase their singing talent and in the process discover gems one would never hear or see. What better place than LA to start such a noble enterprise. I look forward with bated breath for the upcoming rounds. More power to Local Celebrity LA.” said Suniil Sadarangani, Actor/Producer, Bollywood To Hollywood and September Tapes.
Rob E C performed two songs, “Heaven”, and “Right Here Waiting” almost at the end of the show. His fans showed that they liked his outstanding performance.
More than 150 people were present at the venue, which consisted of singers and fans, and also included some of the celebrities and talent courtesy of WTV. These were Eric Zuley “EZ”, Ameona Almund (Ms. Beverly Hills 2006), Derek Pratt, Joel W. Gonzales, Abby Model, Devon Guzzie and Ryan Torres. Some of the invited celebrities by EZ were Pamela Hasselhoff, Ron Whitaker, Sophie Turner, Martin Klebba, Miss California and much more. Also in attendance were Suniil Sadaranga (Bollywood To Hollywood Actor), Eric Rowe (Local Celebrity LA producer and CA Talent president), Radhika Chaudhari (The Hunchback Actress), Adrian Reyes, GG Smith, & Nate Gaines (Former Local Celebrity LA contestants) and community leader Dr. John Carvalho (Cal State University Senator Member, Political Action Committee West Hollywood, Human Rights Campaign).
Before eliminating the two contestants, Fawn one of the judges made the following statement: “Congratulations for making it this far, you all are very, very talented and it’s such a blessing for all of us to heard you each week”. said Fawn, Local Celebrity LA judge. She continued, “Really Amazing talent and no matter what happens, I want each keep going because you will make it if don’t give up.”

The two contestants who were eliminated at the end of the competition from the fans votes via texting and ballot from the prior event were Jonathan Hernandez and Brian Miller.

Local Celebrity Los Angeles week 6 semi finals was the judges song choice, which Brian Miller was not able to perform, but was allowed to perform another song.

Week 5 European pop singer and performer Paul Bradley performs at Local Celebrity Los Angeles

California Talent brought to you Local Celebrity LA week 5 and the week theme was Motown. As usual, interviews on the red carpet were done by Ryan Ray of Wake Up TV of all contestants, judges, the guest artist of the night and the producers of Pooltime The Movie.
The event was promoted for over two weeks to bring in a new special guest judge, Javelyn Jav. However, due to a family emergency, she was not able to attend. But the show must go on, and event organizers gave all their moral support to Ms. Jav.

The contestants who performed live were, Nate Gaines: Aintâ To Proud To Beg, by the Temptations, Jonathan Hernandez: Cruzin, by Smokey Robinson, Leah Turner: (who opened New Years Eve in New York and Paramount Studios in Hollywood, CA for Adam Lambert) Higher Ground, by Stevie Wonder, GG Smith: Midnight Train to Georgia, by Gladys Knight and the Pipps, Christina Aldana: Natural Woman, by Aretha Franklin, Shane Facchinello: Whoâs Loving You, by Michael Jackson, Rachel Escalera: Please Mr. Postman, by The Marvelettes, Rosy Donovan: Chain of Fools, by Aretha Franklin, Leandro Fossi: My Girl, by the Temptations and Brian Miller: (who auditioned in Hollywood for American Idol season 6) Dreams Girls; by The Supremes.
After all contestants finished their songs, headliner guest artist Paul Bradley took the stage and performed two songs âStill Believe,â and âCome to Me.â He made the crowd dance and sing. The venue had around 135 people. Also, cast members from Pool Time The Movie were present promoting their movie release. From February 7, 2010, the contestant with the lowest vote total, which determines the person eliminated from the competition at the end of the show, was GG Smith.
âI believe Local Celebrity LA is a great program, it allows artist to showcase their passion for music. It gives me an opportunity to get in front of a live audience and live the dream.â said Leandro Fossi, Local Celebrity LA contestant.

Latonius Earl performed live at Local Celebrity Los Angeles round 4th and Movie Producer Robert Boleyn ‘s Birthday Bash.
It was promoted as the Green Room Carpet, but according to venue representatives, this could not be possible. They used the red carpet and step and repeat on the balcony. The judges were interviewed first by Emcee Ryan Ray of Wake Up TV and then the contestants were interviewed. After the judges finished getting interviewed, they were invited to the red carpet one by one for a photo opportunity. Then the contestants got the chance to get their photos taken on the red carpet. After all was done, celebrities and personalities were invited one by one for their photo opportunity and lastly every one took group photos.
“It was a great pleasure to attend your Local Celebrity LA last night. I liked it very much so. The setting at the club is quiet unusual, since the singers have to perform on the balcony, which creates a somewhat surreal effect. There were some truly good performers, and many moments of vocal excellence and artistic confidence. The host Ryan was most charming, and kept the whole event moving with a delightful and dynamic pace.” said Maestro Alex Varden, M.A. (vocal coach & music director).

He continued “Judge Arnold G was very supportive and understanding, with a big heart and love for music and dance. The contestants at Local Celebrity Los Angeles performed songs from the Billboard Top 100 (years 2005 to 2010). The contestants for round 4th were Leandro Fossi, Shane Facchinello, GG Smith, Nate Gaines, Adrian Reyes, Rachel Escalera, Brian Miller, Jonathan Hernandez, Rosy Donovan and Leah Turner. Only Adrian Reyes was eliminated from the singing competition, the next person will be announce on 2-21-2010.
The headline artist for the night was Latonius Earl who sang Mya’s and Out of Control songs; the people enjoyed his performance. The event judges were Arnold G; International dance/pop recording artist, songwriter, dancer and performer, Fawn; Recording artist, songwriter and performer and Kris Searle; Singer, songwriter and international recording artist/performer.

“The audience seemed amused and engaged, showing sincere appreciation for the competing artists, and showering them with outbursts of spontaneous cheer. I had a very good time, and I bet it was an unforgettable evening for everyone else there” concluded Mr. Varden.
About 200 people attended the event, which was held at Eleven Restaurant & Nightclub, located at 8811 Santa Monica Blvd in the city of West Hollywood, CA 90069 on 2-7-2010. from 9:00 pm to 12:30 am.
